WENDY Williams threw her support behind Jamie Foxx after actor Tommy Davidson accused him in his new memoir of ripping off his underwear during an "In Living Color" sketch.

The daytime talk show host said during the Hot Topics segment that if the allegations are true, it's because Jamie appreciates a "high, hard booty."

In Tommy's new book "Living in Color," he relayed what happened while filming a "Wanda," one of Jamie's famous characters, sketch in front the audience.

He wrote: "Jamie did something that was not in script.

"He yanked hard at my underwear, trying to rip them off to leave me butt-naked. He yanked at that thing as hard as he could."

Wendy said on her show that Tommy's just not as famous as Jamie, but he's been around long enough to know some dirt on him.

She added that if Jamie did try to pull off his underpants, it's because "he has an appreciation for a high, hard booty."

Tommy continued in the book that he had been laying face down when this apparently happened.

The "Strictly Business" actor said had he not been he would have "bust him in his mouth" and said "What the f**k motherf***a!"

Tommy said Jamie was just trying to get a "cheap laugh at my expense."

But it ended up working out in his favor, he explained.

The gag made him the focus of the sketch, and Tommy said he was actually grateful to Jamie for that.

Wendy also talked about how Tommy further slammed Jamie in the memoir, saying he was "really competitive and "mercilessly mean" when the two actors worked together.

She said Tommy's book recounts how when filming their 1997 movie "Booty Call" Jamie tried to steal every scene.

Wendy said: "Well I believe that's how you become a Jamie Fox."
