RHOSLC reunion recap Fans slam Jen Shah as 'scammer' after her 'cry baby' request after skipping

The women reacted to Jen’s absence

At the beginning of the reunion, the women shared with Andy their reactions to Jen Shah’s sentencing and absence from the reunion.

Lisa B. said, “I have mixed emotions. Like I think in a lot of ways I think it would be great to have Jen here just so we could talk through things and just you know basically get some closure.”

Whitney added, “I was surprised because all season since she was indicted she claimed her innocence and screamed it from the rooftops so I honestly thought she’d go fight the trial to the end.”

Meredith added, “I was shocked. It’s just not what I was expecting.”

Lisa Barlow says the SLC reunion ‘was so crazy’

Before the first installment of the reunion aired, Lisa Barlow was dazzling in her role as the festival’s self-declared Queen of Sundance, as the festival this year switched back to being an in-person event.

The PR professional visited the Adobe space at IndieWire Studio and disclosed that she “wore the most beautiful Gucci lace dress” for a reunion that she said “was so crazy,” per Deadline.

“This season was so different from seasons one and two. And I think when I came into season two, it was complicated because I felt very isolated,” she said.

“Going into season three it was so different because relationships had changed so much. I just had an open mind and was like ‘let’s see how it goes.’ But coming off that hot mic moment wasn’t awesome.”

Bravo ‘looking to replace three’ SLC housewives

Before the forthcoming fourth season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, three cast members are reportedly being fired.

A recent report claims that the show’s creators are looking to recast three of its female characters, including the soon-to-be-incarcerated Jen Shah, in order to give the show a more upbeat tone after its “dark” third season, which focused on Jen’s crimes against the elderly and Heather Gay‘s puzzling black eye.

“They held auditions in the fall,” a source revealed to Page Six.

“They were looking to replace three of them. They hadn’t decided if some of the ‘friends of’ would be promoted or if they’d find new talent.”

Angie KatsanevasAngie Harrington, and Danna Bui-Negrete from season three’s “friends” are reportedly not coming back, according to the outlet, which claims Heather, Meredith MarksWhitney Rose, and Lisa Barlow are “safe.”

Andy Cohen in hot water

In an interview with CNN’s Chris Wallace, Andy Cohen walked back earlier statements supporting former housewife Jen Shah.

Wallace grilled him on his support, asking: ” Why would you take her side against the thousands of people she defrauded, including a lot of elderly?”

Cohen winced, then responded: “I think I was hoping she was actually innocent.”

“That was before she pleaded guilty, I mean, that I said that, I would think?”

Wallace pointed out the comments were made after the plea.

“Oh, god. Um, anyway! Wow, this is fun,” Cohen said, jokingly. “Sometimes you get to know someone and you get to like them, you hope that they are not guilty of something horrible.”
